The Institute for Surgery and Innovation provides an independent, academic institute, which is based on training, research and technological innovation.
The Institute for Surgery and Innovation is a not for profit community organisation.
As we move into the 21st century, the time available to teach surgical trainees is becoming shorter, while the procedures that are performed and the equipment required to complete such procedures is increasing complex. Efficient surgical education is therefore an increasingly important part of having a well-trained surgical workforce for the future.
